    About the Speakers:

Debrah is the founder and lead consultant of E3 Consulting Solutions, where she partners with schools and districts to strengthen leadership, implement Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and build thriving learning communities. With nearly 30 years of experience as a teacher, school leader, district administrator, and consultant, Joyce specializes in helping educators turn data into action through effective implementation, adult learning, and systems-level leadership. She co-led MTSS implementation for the nation's third-largest school district and is a frequent presenter at national education conferences.

    Lisa-MicouDr. Lisa Micou: Prior to becoming the Senior Assessment Strategist at Riverside Insights, Dr. Lisa Micou championed students’ social-emotional needs as the Intervention & Training Specialist for Social Emotional Learning in a large division in VA, as a nationally certified school psychologist at both the elementary and high school levels in suburban Chicago and VA, and as an SEL4VA Leadership Team Member. She received her master’s and doctorate in psychology at Northern Illinois University and earned her post-master’s certificate in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies from the University of Richmond where she now serves as an adjunct professor.

    Jennifer L. Robitaille, M.S. is Director of Research and Development at Riverside Insights, where she leads research and innovation focused on strength-based assessment, resilience, and student well-being. For more than a decade, she has partnered with schools and educators to support the effective implementation of the Devereux Student Strengths Assessment (DESSA) and other evidence-based tools. Jennifer is the co-author of the Educator Social-Emotional Reflection and Training (EdSERT) program and is passionate about helping educators use data and research to improve outcomes for students and strengthen implementation practices.
