Flexible Scoring Options for Iowa Assessments™, CogAT®, Logramos®, and More

Riverside Insights offers a comprehensive selection of scoring options for flexibility and efficiency in your Iowa Assessments™, Cognitive Abilities Test™ (CogAT®), Logramos®, and other group-administered assessments experiences. Whether you test online or with paper and pencil, we have modes of administration, scoring, and reporting to suit your needs. Explore your options by product.

Beginning January 1, 2025, purchases of scorable materials (machine scorable booklets, reusable booklets with answer documents, and/or additional answer document packs) will include scoring services and DataManager access to web scores/reports at no additional charge.

Please Note: Any quoted amounts for Scoring Services - i.e., Barcodes, DataPlus Scoring, and all Ancillary reports - is only an estimate based on the reported quantity at the time of the quoting process. The actual Scoring Services invoice will reflect the quantity of data and/or tests received and scored at our Scoring Center. Please be sure that your internal Accounts Payable team is aware of this process.

Online Testing

 

Available for Iowa Assessments Forms E, F, & G, CogAT Forms 7 & 8, and Logramos

  • Scoring Method: Online Testing with web reports
  • Administer the assessment online and access your results online in DataManager. Users enjoy a paper-free assessment experience that provides reports within 24 hours of finalizing an online test session.
  • Web-based reporting offers great flexibility when it comes to viewing reports, analyzing results, and downloading data:
    • Create dynamic displays with the click of a mouse.
    • Easily compare data across different classrooms, buildings, and student or program groupings.
    • Drill down to individual student results and analyze performance on diagnostic skill clusters to inform instruction.
    • Create and download PDF reports for classrooms and to send home with students.


  • The DataManager platform allows users access to their data on demand with specific views for classroom teachers, building administrators, and district personnel.

  • Send documents to Riverside Scoring Service and access your results online in DataManager within 10 business days of our receipt of your completed documents.
  • Web-based reporting offers great flexibility when it comes to viewing reports, analyzing results, and downloading data:
    • Create dynamic displays with the click of a mouse.
    • Easily compare data across different classrooms, buildings, and student or program groupings.
    • Drill down to individual student results and analyze performance on diagnostic skill clusters to inform instruction.

Please Note: Riverside Insights no longer supports scoring for Forms A, B, and C of the Iowa Tests of Basic Skills® (ITBS®) and the Iowa Tests of Educational Development® (ITED®), Form 6 of the Cognitive Abilities Test™ (CogAT®), and Levels 5-13 of Logramos® Second Edition. Logramos® offers a choice of online or paper and pencil administration, with a full suite of paper or web-based reports available through DataManager to provide you with powerful data at the item, skill, and domain levels for individual students and groups of students.

Iowa Algebra Aptitude Test

Iowa Algebra Aptitude Test™ (IAAT™) can be scored by hand or centrally through Riverside Scoring Service.

Central Scoring
Our central scoring option makes getting your test results easy! Riverside Scoring Service provides fast, efficient, and accurate scoring of IAAT. The Basic Scoring Service Plan includes one copy of the Ranked List of Student Scores with Class, Building, and System Summaries.

 

Gates-MacGinitie Reading Tests

Gates-MacGinitie Reading Tests® (GMRT®) can be centrally scored to provide professional reports and ensure accurate scoring.

DataPlus web reporting for GMRT is now available in DataManager—the same online reporting interface used for Iowa Assessments™, Logramos®, and CogAT®. DataManager offers powerful and flexible online reporting that allows you to view, disaggregate, and analyze your assessment data.
